Website

The first Friends website was set up by Bill Clarke, editor of the Newsletter for 10 years from its inception in 1993 to 2003. 

The website has been continuously updated to provide an accessible source of information on the Park as well as the Friends.
The latest version, launched in 2021, has a more modern, lively look. It retains the historic, descriptive material of the earlier versions but focuses on park events and up to date news.   

Pictures

Images have been provided by Jonathan Chandler from the Greenwich Society.

Other illustrations have been provided by Anthony Quiney, whose book “A Year In The Life of Greenwich Park” (published 2009 by Frances Lincoln) uses the four seasons to create a narrative of the park through an informative text and top quality pictures.

We also include images provided by Friends and are grateful to John Bartlett for his help in adapting them for website use.
