Drop Ins at the Wildlife Centre to restart
The Friends Wildlife Group are delighted to announce that we will be welcoming visitors and re-starting our Wildlife Centre afternoons from Saturday 29th May. In accordance with Government Covid related guidelines, we have decided to hold our activities outside the actual Wildlife Centre, found within the Flower Garden. We are planning to provide visitors with appropriate information encouraging adults and children to play a nature bingo, explore the park’s nature, helping identify what you find and sharing all our information. We will continue to hold these events on the last Saturday of each month 1pm – 4pm; from November and throughout the winter months, it will be 1pm – 3pm. Please bear in mind that if the weather is extreme, we may have to cancel at the last minute. If you are interested in helping to run these drop-ins, please speak to one of the volunteers. We welcome any new support and new ideas and look forward to seeing everyone again – at last!
