Cherry Tree Avenue was planted in the early 1950's and the avenue contains 28 cherry trees of the Prunus 'Pink Perfection'. it has double rose-pink blossoms flowering from late April to early May.

Ornamental cherry trees are not long-lived and this year. 6 new trees have been planted to replace three trees that had died.
